My heartfelt mission is to empower each person to tap into their wisdom, talents, and strengths. By tapping into your innate talents and intuition, you achieve greater clarity and strength of purpose, which help you build a more prosperous life and career (however you define success). I have a B.A. in Organizational Communications and Effectiveness and have trained and received certification in various modalities, including Professional Coaching, Reiki, and QHHT. Each technique helps my clients go deeper if need be. Not all my clients require each modality. Whatever area of your life we focus on, I provide a safe, private, and nurturing environment where you can challenge old habits and preconceived notions, develop more effective communication techniques, transform, and heal while on your journey to building a more authentic, vibrant, and successful career and life.
About Kristin
I am eternally curious and love to learn, travel, and experience different things. I was lucky to have parents who were also interested and adventurous, encouraging my sister and me to understand and follow our passions. One of those passions was storytelling, whether through words or dance.
My intuition and passion for communication and storytelling led to my more mainstream media, marketing, and customer experience career. For the last 20+ years, my "day job" has been in sales and marketing roles in the digital media, marketing, and customer analytics industries. I have had the opportunity to work with phenomenal people and Fortune 500 companies. Part of my career included working with advertising and branding agencies to bring those brands to life. Personal transformation is similar to work; it involves going deep within ourselves to discover what makes us unique and bring it to life.
Why Coaching, Reiki, QHHT, and Sound Healing? While I have been certified in Reiki and Coaching for several years, I recently started pursuing Level I certification in Sound Healing and finishing my Level I QHHT certification. Each modality is practiced by itself and offers excellent benefits. I was drawn to each modality organically. I offer each service separately but can offer all three to clients if they need that support. Often, our conscious minds hold blocks and outdated beliefs that cloud our true talents and guidance. Sometimes, people need a break from "thinking," talking, and trying to "figure out solutions." So, Reiki, Sound Healing, and QHHT can help stuck clients disengage from racing thoughts and limiting beliefs and allow them to connect to their subconscious, where their natural guidance lives.
I firmly believe we are souls having a human experience. However, we live in a high-speed world constantly "connected" to some form of electronics, exposure to media, social media, opinions, what others are doing, and what we "should" be doing. These distractions also contribute to a sense of disconnection from our accurate inner guidance. Sometimes, just having support and impartial advice from someone neutral helps us overcome our blind spots and build confidence to take a leap of faith.
